Binding Agreement
By using TeamBreach.com or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time. Updates will be posted on this site, and it is your responsibility to review them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site. By accessing our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information (email, password, username, address, and phone). You are solely responsible for maintaining account security. Team Breach LLC is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

User Content
By posting or submitting content to TeamBreach.com, you grant Team Breach LLC and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, edit, and distribute that content for business purposes. No compensation will be provided.

Use of Information
We may use your account and order information to personalize services, process transactions, and administer promotions or surveys.

Copyright Infringement
Team Breach LLC will act on valid copyright complaints and may suspend or remove unauthorized materials, accounts, or services as required by law.

Product Warranty & Returns

10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping not included).

45-Day Defective Item Warranty: Defective products may be returned within 45 days for a refund or replacement, provided damage was not caused by misuse.

Contact: supply@teambreach.com to initiate returns. Items must include original packaging and contents. Refunds are issued within 3 business days after inspection.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on U.S. retail orders over $150 (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping (UPS/USPS Priority/Next Day) available at extra cost.

International orders: USPS Priority (6–10 days), no free shipping.

Backorders may ship separately.

Lost/stolen package claims accepted 5–16 days after “delivered” status. Orders over $1,000 require a police report. Carrier must confirm “lost in transit” for refund consideration.

Restocking Fees
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a restocking fee (10% non-palletized, 15% palletized). Shipping may be prorated.

Coupons
Only one coupon code per order. Codes cannot be combined, sold, retroactively applied, or rain-checked.

Price Match Guarantee
We will match verified competitor pricing for identical 6mm Airsoft pellets (excluding clearance, coupons, or limited-time deals). Proof of pricing must be emailed to ops@teambreach.com.

Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Troutdale, Oregon.
